Ingredients.

Flour 2 cups 

Powder sugar 1 cup

Ghee 1 cup

Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Baking powder half tbs

Green color few drops 

Pistachio 2 tbs 

Almond 2 tbs 

1 egg yolk 



Instruction.

1.In a bowl add icing sugar and ghee whisk until fluffy.


2.add flour,baking powder and shift together.

3.add cardamom powder and mix well.


4. Now ghee+ sugar mixture mix well and knead soft dough.

5.now base dough is ready.

Pistachio flavor.



6.take a dough add few drops green color and mix well and cover and refrigerator into 15 minutes.

7.take a mixture and makes  10 to 12 balls.


8.on baking tray place butter paper and naan khatae balls, egg wash and add pistachio on top.


Almond flavor.


9.in dough add almonds and mix well.cover and refrigerator into 15 minutes.


10.take a mixture and makes 10 to 15 balls.


11.on baking tray place butter paper and naan khatae balls, egg wash and add almonds on top.


Coconut naan khatae.


12.take a dough makes 10 to 15 balls.


13.on baking tray place butter paper and naan khatae balls egg wash coconut on top.


14.bake in preheat oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes.
