Serves- 5 to 6


Ingredients.

Salt half tbs
Lasagne sheets 12 to 16
Water as required


White sauce preparation.

Cooking oil 2 tbs
Flour 2 tbs
Milk 2 cups
Cream half cup
Crushed red chilli half tsp
Garlic powder half tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt half tsp 


Red sauce with mince preparation.

Cooking oil 3 tbs
Onion 1 medium chopped
Garlic chopped 1 tbs
Mince 500 grams
Salt to taste
Black paper powder half tsp
Red chilli crushed 1 tsp
Oregano half tsp
Tomato puree 5 medium tomatoes 
Water half cup

Assembling.

Cheddar cheese (grated)
Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Oregano
Red chilli crushed 
Fresh parsley crushed



Method.

In a pot,add water,oil and salt bring it to boil.

Add lasagne boil 5 to 7 minutes.

Then strain and rinse with water & set aside.

Prepare white sauce.
In a sauce pan add cooking oil, flour and mix well for 20 seconds.
Add milk ,mix well & saute until it changes color.
Add salt, black pepper powder,red chilli crushed , oregano and tomato puree mix well cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add water cover and cook on low flame 15 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separate.

Assembling.


In 9×9 inch baking dish,add a spread red sauce place boiled lasagna sheets ,red sauce, white sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, lasagna sheets repeat this step oregano and red chilli crushed sprinkle on top.

Bake in preheat oven at 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese melts.
Sprinkle fresh parsley & serve.
