Sweet & soft  buns.



Ingredients.

130 ml  milk

Yeast 9 grams

Flour 280 grams

1 egg

Milk powder 20 grams 

Sugar 70 grams

Butter 50 grams

Salt 3 grams



Method.

1-Mix milk and yeast in a bowl and put it aside for some while.


2-Then take a large bowl and mix all-purpose flour,sugar.milkpowder and salt in it.


3-Now mix eggs in it very well.


4-Then add yeast mixture in it and make dough.


5-During dough making add butter in it.after kneading it well, put it for proofing for an hour by covering and putting it on steam.


6-After one hour give it shape of bun and again put it of proofing for an hour.


7-After one hour,apply mixture of egg and milk in it.



8-Bake in the oven at 170 C for 20 minutes.
